Everyone sees the result
Once a round closes, each person sees what they received and what is still unclaimed — no private deals, no guessing.
How it works
Whether you're an executor, trustee, attorney or family member, DYBBS brings structure to what is usually overwhelming — from a complete inventory to a fair, recorded allocation.
List everything to be divided — furniture, jewellery, heirlooms, collections and household items. Our AI tools name, describe, categorise and estimate values from your photos, and you can add the story behind sentimental pieces.
Invite every divisee to view the same inventory securely online. Family members far away take part exactly as those in the house do, and you can appoint a neutral third-party administrator if it helps.
Participants go through the inventory and mark what matters to them. Attention lands on the meaningful items early, and much of the potential conflict quietly disappears before it starts.
Structured methods keep the division balanced. In the emotional value round everyone receives points to place blind bids, like a silent auction. Remaining items are shared through alternating, turn-based selection.
DYBBS keeps a running record of who receives what and produces reports the whole family — and the attorney — can read.
Once the division is done, the items nobody chose are easy to spot. Organise them for sale, donation or disposal and close the house with confidence.

Traditional division often ends in misunderstandings, conflict, or a stuck situation that delays the whole settlement. DYBBS replaces informal arrangements with a structured online process.
Once a round closes, each person sees what they received and what is still unclaimed — no private deals, no guessing.
Anything nobody wants can be marked to sell, donate or discard, and any remaining ties can be settled with another round or a coin toss.
Export the full allocation as a PDF, Excel or CSV file for the attorney, the court, the accountant and the family's own records.
