Estate division

Settle a parent's estate without dividing the family

Fair, structured online settlement of personal property for executors, trustees and heirs — with every decision recorded, so nobody has to rely on memory or goodwill alone.

Who this is for

  • Executors and personal representatives handling a will
  • Trustees distributing the contents of a trust
  • Siblings and heirs who want the split to feel even
  • Estate attorneys who need a documented, defensible outcome
  • Families spread across different states or countries

A short walkthrough of this process will appear here.

How an estate division runs

  1. 1

    Inventory the house

Photograph room by room. Our AI names, describes, categorises and estimates a value for each item, so a full house takes days rather than weeks.

  2. 2

    Invite the heirs

Every divisee sees the same list at the same moment. Observers — an attorney, a spouse, a sibling who prefers to watch — can be invited without a vote.

  3. 3

    Mark what matters

Heirs go through the inventory and flag the pieces they care about. Most of the list turns out to be uncontested, which shrinks the hard conversation to a handful of items.

  4. 4

    Bid privately, then take turns

Equal points, blind bids on the emotional pieces, then alternating selection for the rest. The rules are agreed before anyone bids.

  5. 5

    Export the record

A full allocation report with photos and values in PDF, Excel or CSV — for the family, the attorney and the court file.

What families tell us

Read more reviews
“Four siblings, one house, and thirty years of things nobody had talked about. Doing it privately online meant nobody had to argue in the kitchen. We finished in three weeks and we're still speaking.”

Margaret H.

Executor, Ohio

“I was dreading this more than anything else in the settlement. Having someone neutral set up the rounds took the whole weight off me — I stopped being the person who decided everything.”

David R.

Trustee, California
